Nossa experiência foi extremamente negativa. Já no check-in tivemos problemas: não havia ninguém para nos receber e apenas uma funcionária abriu o quarto, ainda com o chão molhado. O quarto é muito pequeno, com degraus perigosos no meio do ambiente, onde tropeçamos várias vezes. A mobília é sem manutenção, banco instável e os utensílios de cozinha não atendem ao básico. O acesso ao local é péssimo: inúmeras escadas íngremes, zero acessibilidade, rua sem calçamento, esgoto a céu aberto e dificuldade extrema para conseguir transporte por aplicativo, Uber nem pensar. O pior ocorreu durante a madrugada: não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho excessivo vindo do apartamento acima (festa, conversas, música alta e arrastar de móveis por horas). Ao buscar ajuda, fomos informados de que o responsável não poderia intervir por motivos de segurança pois já foi ameaçado antes e que, se necessário, nós mesmos deveríamos acionar a polícia. Ao invés de cobrar os culpados criaram mau estar com a gente. Na manhã seguinte, ainda ouvimos que “ninguém mais reclamou”, o que deixou claro que não haveria suporte. Sem poder descansar, sem segurança, suporte e sem qualquer solução oferecida, fomos obrigados a deixar o local antes do término da estadia. A estrutura, o atendimento e a falta de responsabilidade com o bem-estar do hóspede tornam a experiência extremamente frustrante. É dever de qualquer meio de hospedagem zelar pelo bem estar. Não recomendamos e não pretendemos retornar.

QUIERO VOLVER, no sólo por las vacaciones hermosas que pasé, sino también por la excelente experiencia de alojarme en un muy lindo departamento completo, con una vista preciosa y ubicación Ideal. El desayuno muy completo y muy rico! Daniel, el encargado, muy buena onda y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Ótima pousada, com localização excelente para ir ao centro da cidade e para as principais praias (Bombinhas e Quatro Ilhas ficam a menos de 5 minutos a pé). Atendimento excelente e café da manhã bem variado. Tem bastante escada e não tem elevador, não recomendo para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção.

Muito boa. A vista do quarto é linda, deu pra ver até golfinhos no mar. O anfitrião Daniel é nota 10, muito atencioso e cordial. Apenas a escadaria para o restaurante é longa e cansativa, mas no total foi muito boa.
