Foi tudo ótimo! O atendimento e as dicas da Bruninha fizeram toda a diferença. Só deixou a desejar pq o box não tinha blindex e sim de cortina de plástico e a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas e meu filho que dormiu no meio não ficou tão bem.

O atendimento e a localização do Tropikalya são diferenciais que perduram faz muito. Há estacionamentos, usei o do andar mais baixo, que tem fácil acesso, porém funciona como depósito de materiais inservíveis/rejeitos, o que deixa o ambiente com aspecto sujo, desagradável.

O hotel foi apenas um ponto de apoio para mim e minha família. Saia cedo e voltava a noite. Café da manhã bom, quarto limpo e de bom tamanho para família com 5 pessoas, meu quarto tinha dois banheiros.

Hotel muito caro para o que oferece.

Hotel com infra estrutura bem simples, quarto indicado para 3 pessoas, porém super apertado, café da manhã muito fraco, área social pequena. Um péssimo custo benefício, hotel muitooo caro para o que oferece. Tínhamos uma diária 5 dias depois nele e cancelei para pegar em outro hotel ao lado, mais barato e muito melhor. Único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Apesar de a equipe ser muito boa, sempre atenciosos e gentis, o quarto é pequeno e o banheiro minúsculo. O hotel não possui acessibilidade e a limpeza deixa a desejar. O estacionamento é pago, mas as condições são precárias, com uma água suja que corre por ele a descoberto.

Boa experiência

No geral, o hotel é bom, os funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã com variedade e boa qualidade. Em atenção ao COVID, solicitam que os se servirem os hóspedes utilizem luvas(disponibilizadas para todos) e máscaras. Estacionamento pago à parte, porém com elevador de acesso direto aos quartos.

Acima da média.

Muito bom, atendimento muito cordial, pudemos usar o microondas do hotel, tinha toalha de piscina, piscina aquecida e hidromassagem. Já no quarto, chuveiro era muito bom, porém a cama eram três camas de solteiro, que juntaram duas pra fazer uma de casal, fomos em um casal e nossa filha, achamos que o quarto é um pouco escuro e da pra ouvir o barulho dos quartos e do corredor.

Para quem não liga para barulho

Hotel aparentemente recém reformado, o que passa uma boa impressão, porém deixa a desejar (e muito) no isolamento acústico dos quartos. Ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos outros quartos, de banho a descarga. Os travesseiros também poderiam ser melhores. Super finos e desconfortáveis.
