"A cheap and cheerful airport hotel but it lacked a bar and, after flying in from the UK my wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing drink before retiring. They did offer some bottled drinks and snacks for sale near reception, but the choice was poor. Our room was clean but had no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had to go down to reception, where free tea and coffee was available."

"Room was fine, but a bit dated for style wear and tear. This Alt has a 24 hour fitness centre on the 14th floor. We were on the floor below and next elevator. Was VERY noisy being off the lobby at late hours and thumbing noice above intermittently from above. Did not sleep well."

"Let there be no mistake, this is a two-star accommodation.
Be careful not to make the same mistake we did by booking the Stay Inn Express instead of the Stay Inn Hotel down the street. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"So originally when we got there, our blanket and sheet was stained there were also ants in the bathroom, so I immediately complained to the front desk where they were super helpful and upgraded us to a better room that was much better cleaned and maintained. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites so I was just going in with higher expectations. If you’re going to stay here just thoroughly inspect your room and if any issues the staff will be happy to help with any issues."

"Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. "

"My experience here was a bit odd.
The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub.
They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic.
