"A great hotel- in a perfect location. We had 2 tube stations nearby and were able to get almost anywhere in London from there. The hotel is next door to the charterhouse and across form a park- so it is really wonderful and quiet at night. the room was great, clean and all the features you could need. Would recommend and stay there again."

"Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again."
