"Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t see any staff. Kettle in breakfast lounge not working. Why ask re towel change when no one came in to attend to room? Incorrect use of apostrophes on signage. Needs to be checked. "

The restaurant was absolutely fantastic, everything was delicious and the service was top tier. My only issue was that either the hotel hallways were really noisy or people would stomp instead of walk."
