"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "This apartment was in the perfect location, right in the centre of the old town of Zadar. We couldn’t have been more in the middle to visit restaurants, wine bars, cafes, a bakery, and either side of the water. Everything is within a few minutes walk. There is no parking in the town, but the owners told us about a great car park just outside the city walls that was less than €10 for three days.
