We had an excellent stay and were consistently impressed by the high standard of service throughout. The team were warm, attentive, and professional, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would not hesitate to return and recommend the hotel to others.

This place is one of the best. We stayed in a suite which was nicely done. Great furniture, very clean room, and a great bathroom. The staff were great. Several restaurants available. We tried some of them and the food was reasonable (Nothing special). Very impressed with the executive lounge and the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel ti anyone. The best place. Significantly better than marriott, PC and the other place (😉😉😉)
