"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had all the equipment we needed and a nice large private patio with table and chairs and views of the pool. The apartment was clean but was slightly dated and could do with a bit of maintenance however this didn't impact on our enjoyment of the place. The apartment complex was in a peaceful location a short taxi ride from the old town. There was also a decent bar and supermarket onsite. We also used the pool and the surnbeds. Would highly recommend and would stay again"

"Hotel Don Rodrigues is a great hotel just outside Tavira. It’s a 15 min walk into town but you do need to cross and walk alongside a busy road. Bolt taxis into town were about €3.50. Rooms were modern and nicely decorated and the whole place was very clean. It was great having a pool and the breakfast was really good. All the staff were great and I would certainly stay again."

"Great hotel got a nice upgrade also bottle of prosecco and a cake for our anniversary Didnt like the barcode booking service for alacart i followed the advice given but wouldn't let me book the grill annoyed really as it was for my wifes 70th birthday pool area has many loose and broken tiles otherwise great surprise for my wife"

"Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!"
