"Exactly what i expect from Route inn."

"Neat as a pin, in a busy area full of eateries and a shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. Staff were very helpful and there is a good breakfast and parking. There are high- tension electrical towers very close, not seen in the pictures, if you are bothered by that. "

"I was very surprised how much free services they offered there: ramen at night, ice cream after bath. The hot spring was very nice, many different bath tabs with nice music. It was a very pleasant experience to stay there. I’d love to come back again!"

"I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!! If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday! I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this. Of course, they’re not ethically wrong or anything; but as a service provider, i will not choose or recommend to anyone."
