"We booked four rooms for a family visit after 13 years. Unfortunately, our room had a strong urine smell and there were stains in the toilet. We reached out to the front desk, and someone came to clean, which improved things a bit, but the smell still lingered.
On the first night, housekeeping accidentally removed a family member's belongings and told him he was checking out early. Since we were out and didn’t have a local phone number, he ended up leaving the hotel and going back home. It was really embarrassing.
My wife contacted the front desk, and they said a staff member would look into it and call us back, but we never received that call. I later called back, got transferred to the manager, and found out that the confusion was due to the room next door checking out early. I also sent them a message through Expedia but didn’t get a reply. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
