The property was in a gated community so you feel very safe. The hodt was aleays reachable with any concerns. The property is good condition. I would stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay it was amazing and very clean! The only small problem was that I didn’t have my pass to go in an out as I pleased to open the gate had to be there by eleven pm to make sure someone was there or up to open the gate! I definitely recommend the place to the fullest other than that small detail

I stayed at the Oceanfront Beach house with my 3 teenage daughters. The townhouse is located just 5 minutes from "Bajuras Beach" which is beautiful but not to swim in since waters are too rough. Luckily, the pool is big and clean (closes at 9pm on weekdays). There is a private rooftop terrace so you get to sit and watch the sunset. The Wi-Fi is strong so I was able to work from "Home" without any issues. The master bedroom is spacious and has a beautiful balcony. The interior décor was beautiful, but the porch and balconies needed more color and style. On the down side the pillows were too flat and not enough were provided. The A/C was difficult to operate and no manual was available. The Wi-Fi password should have been easier to access, like put up on the fridge or a board. There was no washer/ dryer available so we had to hang our wet clothes on the stair railing and the patio chairs. The coffee maker was tiny and falling apart. A stocked coffee station would have been a great. The couch needed a few throw pillows and a throw to make the living room feel more cozy. Overall, a great experience, but just those little details would have made it an even better one.

The place was amazing, the oven didn't work which put a dent in our plans and finances, but the view was amazing, the place was clean, the people we dealt with were friendly and overall, we were very pleased.

Loved the condo, especially the roof top terrace overlooking the ocean and pool. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Suggestion: a bigger coffee pot, more mugs (tiny pot and only three mugs) Wevwould have liked bedside nightstand lamps (the only lighting in the bedrooms are overhead ceiling fans- not great for reading) . The proximity to several beaches (Jobos, Montanes, and Crashboat) was great. We enjoyed a couple of nearby restaurants as well (Kai and Oka Lola).

We had a wonderful stay. Communication was top notch. The property is well kept and very clean. It has a good pool and a gorgeous view, with a protected beach. Spacious and well apppinted. Near Jobos Beach and plenty of good restaurants. Could use new pillows. Bring your own iron and blow dryer. No washer dryer so expect to do laundry elsewhere. Parking is good. We will come back.

It was right on the beach and the views from the roof top and second floor were amazing. We listened to the ocean every night as we slept. The place was spacious for 5 people. Linens and basic paper products were available. The only thing I have to say and it’s not a deal breaker is that some basic stuff was not available in the kitchen. But we made due. The rooftop deck area had seating but again was very basic compared to the neighboring units… again not a deal breaker but more just feedback. It was a good experience for us

It was good

Our stay was good. It is in a really good spot. There were a few small issues that can be corrected. Like one of the air conditioners were not working in the room. The oven and stove were not working. We did not have access to the washer and dryer, it was locked. And was not given a gate pass to go in and out. Communication at the beginning was a bit strained but then was better. But overall it was s very comfortable place with a beautiful view and in a great spot. We would stay here again, im sure these things will be corrected.
