"We stayed at this Horrible hotel for 3 night. NO TOWEL SERVICE NO ROOM REFRESH. RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER. STAFF WAS NOT COOPERATIVE IN ANY WAY. THEY KEPT SAYING ITS POLICY THEY CANT DO. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER I WILL BEN BACKWARD FOR MY CUSTOMERS. LADY IN MORNING WANTED TO CHANGE US FOR $10.00 PER HOUR UNTIL WE CHECK OUT ON FIRST DAY THURDAY NIGHT. THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY I AM ASKING EXPEDIA TO CHARGE THE HOTEL FOR WHAT I PAID IN CASH AND REFUND MY MONEY. SUGESTING TO GET RID OF THAT PROPERTY AS PART OF EXPEDIA MAKES YOU LOOK REAL BAD.
