"The staff was AMAZING at this property. Initially there were a few hiccups, which I did have to take off one star for. Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. When made aware, the staff brought the wine within the hour. "The room was beautiful!! We had a corner room with two balconies, amazing views!! Breakfast was good, however the food at both restaurants for dinner was not the best. We ate out at amazing restaurants in the area, which we highly recommend. "

"The reception staff was very nice. There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet. there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area. "

"Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

"A great one-night stay after disembarking from a cruise. The hotel and room were spotless. The room was huge! There was a full kitchen which sadly we did not have the opportunity to use. Many rooms have balconies and outdoor seating areas. The wifi was excellent, and the TV was smart with loads of viewing options. "We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...
