Una pesadilla

Una acumulación de problemas : falta de agua caliente en la habitación 459, me trasladaron a la 466 a la medianoche, esa no tenía calefacción por lo que me ofrecieron trasladarme OTRA VEZ!! Me negué y tuve frío. La última noche un bus que venía a recoger huéspedes del hotel se estacionó debajo de las ventanas entre 2 y 3 de la mañana con el motor prendido y un ruido constante. Sin mencionar la desorganización del desayuno : falta de cuchara, mermelada etc...

Lo reservé por precio, pero estaba publicado sin impuestos, por lo que valor pagado me parece caro para la ubicación, tamaño de habitación y comodidad de habitación. Una almohada por cama, camas pequeñísimas (ancho), no había papelero, señal de televisión pésima

Staff at the desk where not helpful. Over charged. Had to show the receipt from Expedia. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave me 1 double bed. They did not help until I showed them the info submitted to expedia. Would not stay here again.
