"The hotel is location is great. I stayed 4 nights in the Superior King Room on th 12th floor, it was spacious and clean, bed was good but pillows can be better. However the toilet paper is very hard and rough, I have expected better for this kind of hotel. Poorly designed entrance: The main entrance faces sideways rather than the street and is beside a clothing store with mannequins, making it easy to mistake the entrance as part of the shop. As a first-time guest, I was unsure how to enter, and no staff were nearby to assist. 2. Potential safety hazards: The wooden floorboards in the lobby and corridors were uneven. "It is a very convenient location and affordable. It would be nice to see a new coat of paint of the hotel rooms and replace the carpet with laminate wood floor which make the room more appealing to stay and keep clean."
