Okay place. Avoid rooms on the street. The bar across the street is very noisy late at night. Staff are good. Go to Costa for coffee in the morning

Overpiced hotel in a pib district catering to drunks, partiers and such. We came in late due to a mechanical issue and were treated like trash by the nightshift desk crew. I reserved a king room and they pushed two twins together. When i asked them to change it back they were too lazy to care. The room was small and useless. Wont go back or recommend in our travel blog.

This was a quick stay. The only really complaint I have was there is no parking. That made taking luggage in and out very difficult.

The River Ness Hotel looked quite modern both outside and in. We were greeted straight away upon arrival and checked in for our room. The room was quite modern, compact but had everything we needed. One drawback would be the lack of hanging space. We both found the mattress on the bed to be uncomfortable on our overnight sleep. We both suffered a sore back next morning. Noise from we assumed other bedroom doors travelled badly to our room. So unfortunately the lie in I hoped for didn't materialise. Breakfast wasnt bad. I think that there could gave been a better selection of food stuffs. For instance, although there were several different yoghurts available there was no granola of any sort.

Great Gem in a little Town
This hotel was well centered in town and was very clean and welcoming. The staff all were great and the breakfast was the best we had during our 9 day stay in Scotland.

very polite staff, efficient and we’re always ready to deal with any issues. Rooms very clean and comfortable with good amenities Small breakfast area but the team did well to ensure everything was stocked and managed the tables well so no real waiting breakfast had a good choice Great location and easily walkable from station, near shops and restaurants

11/10 Awesome stay
So we arrived v. Early but got checked in no problem. Room very spacious and clean. Power shower with loads of hot water. King size bed and pillows soooo comfy, room nice and warm with lots of tea and biscuits. Staff amazing - Ian made our breakfast times a delight and the guy on Recep that looked like Richard Osman very friendly, especially when we locked ourselves out!!!! Highly recommend. Will be back. Oh and food plentiful varied and top quality. Love this hotel

Brilliant stay. Room was clean and comfy. Super shower which was nice and hot. Breakfast was really enjoyable- waiter even offered us a specialty coffee with our full breakfast which was a nice touch. Would definitely return again in the future.
