"Super chill spot"

"I prepaid for a hotel through Expedia. The property was advertised as non-smoking, and upon arrival I saw non-smoking signs. However, the area outside the hotel and both rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I have a respiratory sensitivity and could not stay. The hotel repeatedly insisted there was no smoke odor. They offered another room, but it also smelled of smoke. I left and booked another hotel. Expedia requested a refund twice, but the hotel refused. See attached photo showing...

"Very clean, friendly, courteous staff, great location if you don't want to be right downtown. Close to mall (walking distance) ... busses close by to get around. Slight disappointment with WiFi connection at times."

"Nothing but positive things to say. This place was great. I parked in the lot behind the hotel, and ran in to check in (the front street is closed to vehicles in the summer time). Once I got my room key, I had access to the underground parking. Arrived at 4pm on a Monday and managed to get the second last spot. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location!"

"We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. Thank you Pierre and team. Kevin and Fiona."

"Loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't the best. Saved money staying here but used that money to buy breakfast. Had ants and spiders in our bathroom. AC sounded like it was going to break and it wasn't the best at staying cold. Thankfully we weren't in the room super often."

"Over all is great. The only thing and it's very important their towel that I used it has hairs. They have to wash their towels properly and sanitize. Not only towels even linens. Their pool still under renovation. And the name of the hotel is different. We got lost. I think they have to put a note into their "hotel description.""

"Our stay was a last minute decision and do not regret any of it. We were expecting sunny weather, which turned out to be overcast, with a few sprinkles of rain but it was warm and more important better than at home. Where torrential storms were creating havoc. The room was clean, the staff were accomodating. Even the food, when we ate there, was better than expected. The Butcher's Cut was awesome! Kelowna is a beautiful place, got together with an old friend and a cousin I had not seen in over...

"The pool is shallow and cold the hot tubs fit 2 people only but everything was clean and the breakfast that comes with your stay is absolutely fantastic and more then makes up for it"

"Stayed for 6 nights and was very happy with the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Pool was great. Hotel staff were great. Love the added touch with the rubber duckies. Also happy with the communication via text. Location was good and tons of parking. Breakfast coupons to Ricky's were good, although only used 1 morning. Can be used for the breakfast or $10 off an other meal which was a nice option also."
