Dear Mrs Wong, We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us in Interlaken. As per our policy to refund the security (damage) deposit, the time for the refund is up to 14 days. You received your deposit refunded, to your account, within 7 days of check out. Based on feedback, we have changed the deposit policy to only block the deposit amount and not withdraw it, unless there are damages in the property. This way, you will receive the release of your deposit even faster. Kindly keep in mind that during lockdown and regulations to ‘work from home’, our staff are working less hours than usual, and although they are at your service, they may take a day or two longer to come back to you. From oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, utensils (peeler/grater/drainer), cutlery, and more. We do not imagine there would be anything missing for our guests to have a great stay, and fully enjoy and use the kitchen.
