Very clean, good location (2 min walk to train station). Staff very helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice. Would highly recommend for activities in Interlaken and surrounding areas.

I’d like to give an extra star to the team who prepared an early breakfast just for us, as we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. Everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. A big thank‑you to the whole team!

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

Just stunning to stay in an actual castle overlooking a stunning view. We felt like we really were in a Disney movie. The weather was stunning and we just loved it. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Only down side was the room was quite small. However it had everything we could need.

I had a wonderful stay in Flühli, Switzerland. The hotel room was exceptionally spacious and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful natural scenery. The room was well-equipped with both a bath and a separate shower, making it very comfortable and relaxing after a day of exploring. Had an fantastic holiday in Interlaken. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very filling! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of The Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Wish we’d stayed for longer.

Breakfast need improvement for vegetation. More options. Rest is excellent specifically location. Also staff and their director Mr Stefan

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. Amazing stay in Grindelwald. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was ample - eggs, cereal, fruit and meats and nespresso or filter coffee. If it started even 30 mins earlier would be amazing as need to out early if doing hikes. The door to the left from the lift was amazing for accessing the terminal station but guests can’t enter this way coming back. Very steep climb to the village but the 121 bus from the terminal takes you up there. This ends about...
