"Location super convenient literally a 2 minute walk to Interlaken West train station, and 15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost station. Great shopping and restaurants around the immediate area. Rooms clean with great AC. Bathrooms were impressive with a nice soaking tub. Onsite restaurant was average but you get a 10% discount for being hotel guest. Breakfast was average. Highly recommend overall."

"Great location and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast and amenities. The restaurant facility is sharing with the senior center, so there are lots of actives that you can encounter with locals. We enjoyed staying there."

Our friends stayed in a Hostel nicer than this - the room was not clean, we read many reviews about bed bugs, the shower had mold, and the sink was leaking brown fluid. I was extremely disappointed with this as we did pay a good amount money to stay here. We stayed for two nights and on the first night contemplating moving rooms. We didn’t feel secure or safe in the hotel at night, the only good thing would honestly be the location being local …"
