No staff was available when I arrived or checked out and they didn't tell us that we'd have to find a piece of paper attached to the building in the dark to be able to get into our room with a code. "No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the Kadoka exit again..."
