"Everything good"

"I had an amazing stay at The Inn & Spa at Intercourse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely relaxed. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some time away. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the spa experience was an added bonus. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding Lancaster County area while still having a quiet, relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. If...

"Room was clean. Snacks were a nice touch. It was very cold in the room, though, and i didn't know if the installed AC unit was a heat source as well. Also, although I booked probably a month & a half in advance (through Expedia), I had the very last room on the second floor, which the attendant would not change for me, as "they were full", and this room was the "only one available on the property at that price". It WAS tiny, but adequate for sleeping in overnight, though the bed was a bit hard."

"Excellent Property"

"We live this hotel. Always clean Staff helpful and perfect location for us."

"Beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff, and a great location for visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Perfect for a weekend or one-night stay. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, and we could hear noise/conversations from neighboring rooms early in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay!"

"Service and breakfast was very good."

"NA"

"Breakfast was good, bed and pillows were amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping."

"Differently from other hotels I’ve been. The ambiance and design is different. The breakfast was good. It is near some shopping areas. It’s a little dated but for me it was ok and I would stay here again if back in the area."

"Every room has parking out front the door. Traffic was loud and steady making sitting outside less enjoyable. Beds in the double room are not queen size, felt like a full bed and cramped for 2 adults. Absolutely no breakfast but coffee and no real milk. Convenient location. Buggies go by. Very clean."

"Excellent location for restaurants and shopping. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Pool and Hot tub were great. Modern TV with great channel options. Great accommodations for handicap access and amenities. Opportunities for improvement-Make location looks more appealing. Rooms needed painting, had trouble opening door due to the magnetic strip on room card not working- old fashion process. Room Safe was not working. Breakfast quality needs an upgrade. Gym equipment needs...

"Enjoyed our repoire with Joy. She’s a wonderful ambassador for this lovely old hotel. It had lots of character. I even enjoyed reading a bit of the town’s history in the reading room of the side of the hotel where the beverages were. What fun we had in Bird-in-Hand!"
