The location, just a short bus ride from the train station, provided the most beautiful views. The breakfast was fresh and provided lots of choice. Dinner menu was excellent and with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. We will come again.

Perfect and really beautiful house and area

We loved our stay. Good food and really cool to stay at an old mountain mansion. We came a Thursday, the day the cable cars are open until 11pm, so went for a long walk before dinner at the hotel. The cleaning, breakfast lady was extra helpful and friendly and even let me use her ironing room to iron a dress and shirt. All in all a perfect stay!

This is a lovely and charming very old property in a spectacular setting in the hillls above Innsbruck. A popular restaurant is off the main entry with a good selection of local dishes. Staff is very welcoming. Our rooms were large and very comfortable for an inn with such history. Thank you Hans and Christina for a lovely 3 days,

Family owned traditional hotel

This is a traditional Tyrollean hotel, steeped in history and perfectly located for access to Innsbruck, hikes, cycling routes, ski slopes, Italy and Germany. Due to its history the interior is maintained as such, so do not expect a modern hotel. The en-suite rooms are large and comfortable, with a TV and with great views to the North and West. The continental buffet breakfast is perfect before departing for daily activities.

This property is an absolute gem steeped in history. Beautiful architecture on the mountainside with sweeping views of the valley and opposite mountain pastures. The staff were friendly and attentive and it felt like home. Our dinner was prepared in their restaurant grade open kitchen and everything was delicious. What a find this was! And just 10 minutes outside Innsbruck. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming vintage hotel with its rich history and authentic atmosphere. The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel. The property has a delightful vintage character, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and a unique experience in the Innsbruck area.

We arrived before the end of check in to find the hotel deserted and under construction. We fortunately found a room in a hotel down the street. Not sure what that was all about but it was a very unpleasant surprise.

Très bien

Bel hôtel qui a su garder son charme, très bon accueil. Grande chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Cependant ce n'est plus l'hôtel de mon adolescence avec ses 2 piscines et son tennis et cet esprit familial qu'il y régnait. La cuisine ferme à 20h... Malgré tout j'espère que je pourrais y revenir.

La disponibilité du personnel. Notre avion ayant été annulé nous ne sommes arrivés qu’ à 23 heures. Nous avons appelé la réception (ferme à 20 heures) et nous a dit que nos clés seraient mises à notre disposition à l’entrée et que l enregistrement se ferait le lendemain matin. Petit déjeuner copieux et restaurant très agréable en terrasse avec superbe vue.

Hotel mit viel Charme und ausgezeichnetem Service

Wir waren eine Woche und werden wieder kommen! Ausgezeichneter Service und Küche, das Personal und die Gastgeber 1 mit *. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Was uns gefallen hat das Rühreier frisch zubereitet werden. Wir haben jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen und waren immer sehr zufrieden! Alle Speisen sind ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das ganze Hotel (ehemaliges Jagdschloss der Turn und Taxis) hat sehr viel Charme und somit einzigartig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann direkt aus dem Hotel zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad auf den Patscherkofel. Die Talststion Patscherkofel ist 2min mit dem Auto entfernt. Nach Innsbruck Stadt sind es 10min mit dem Auto oder 15min mit dem Bus. Die Haltestellen befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel.
