I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget the stunning pool - an absolute delight. I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

Sehr hilfsbereites personal, ganzer hotel breich sehr sauber, modern gestaltet, super wellness bereich. Fitnessraum könnte verbessert werden. Frühstückbuffet lecker. Viele Speisen beim Nachtessen hervorragend, einige nur zufriedenstellend. Insgesamt ein hotel mit sehr gutem preis leistungs verhältnis, das wir empfehlen können.

Das Hotel kann ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Ich hätte mich über längere Pool- und Sauna-Öffnungszeiten gefreut! Die Sauna wurde allerdings auch länger geöffnet wenn man dies erfragt hat. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Hotel in dem Dorf ist. auf den Bildern sieht es eher so aus, als sei es etwas außerhalb. Toll ist auch, dass wenn man kein Abendessen gebucht hat, man nur 5 min in den Stadtkern laufen muss und dort viele Hotels vorfindet. Das Frühstück ist super, vielfältig und das Personal extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Einige Gäste haben sich bei der Buffet-Chefin herzlich bedankt, was ich sehr positiv werte. Im Hotelzimmer hängt ein Rucksack, den man sich ausleihen kann! Perfekt! Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat ist, dass mir nicht gesagt wurde, dass ein Mann die Massage durchführt. Ich persönlich lasse mich lieber von einer Frau massieren und hätte bei dieser Info gerne die Massage abgesagt oder auf einen anderen Zeitpunkt gelegt. Der Masseur wollte, als ich mich entkleidet habe nicht raus gehen. Ebenfalls kenne ich es so, dass wenn man sich umdreht ein "Sichtschutz" mit dem Handtuch gemacht wird. Dies war nicht der Fall und ich habe mich etwas unwohl gefühlt. Auf Kleinigkeiten, die mir während der Behandlung aufgefallen sind führe ich nicht weiter auf.

Gutes Wellneshotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral, alles ist Fussläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt, Seilbahn, Restaurants, alles nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Check In erfolgt sehr schnell, sachlich und professionell, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind in einem typisch Österreichischem Stil gehalten, hier fehlt mir ein wenig modernes, ist aber sicherlich Geschmacksache. Verbesserungswürdig fand ich das Bett welches ein wenig geknarrt hat und die Geräuschkulisse. Mein Zimmer lag in unmittelbarer nähe des Fahrstuhls und durch die wenig gedämpfte Zimmertür waren häufig Geräusche zu hören. Das Essen im Hotel ist durchweg gut, hier konnte ich kaum Mängelpunkte feststellen, einzig die Größe der Hauptspeise fand ich etwas gering bemessen. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht. Hervorzuheben sind die KellnerInnen die immer freundlich und kompetent waren. Der Wellnessbereich ist sicherlich auf einem hohem Niveau, alles ist vorhanden und super hergerichtet, sehr schön gemacht. Positiv ist auch das sehr gute WLan Netz, für mich auch ein wichtiger Aspekt. Eigentlich bin ich kein Freund eines Fazit, hier aber doch. Ein gutes Hotel welches ich eventuell auch wieder besuchen würde. Allerdings gibt es in Neustift auch sehr gute Alternativen die preislich nicht höher liegen. Ich fand das Zimmer zwar nicht schlecht, auch ausreichend gross, ist mir aber einfach ein wenig "Altmodisch".

проживали 10 дней...и пожалели,что подольше не остались в другом месте.Скукатища,магазинов нет,ресторанов очень мало...можно пересчитать по пальцам.заняться нечем после катания на лыжах.было написано,что это отель люкс...а каком месте,мы так и не поняли. короче,за 6 лет наших путешествий по Европе,первый раз было такое неприятное ощущение.хорошо,что мы на машине и могли уезжать в другие местности.Цена не маленькая за проживание...на мой взгляд,не стоит этих денег.

Dejligt hotel i et skønt område

Hotellet ligger i en lille by for enden af en dal, med smuk udsigt til bjergene. Personalet var utrolig serviceminded og venlige. Vores værelse var meget stort og havde en dejlig stor balkon. Parkering var let og bekvem på hotellets egen parkeringsplads. Wifi virkede også fint på værelset. Så alt i alt havde vi et dejligt ophold.
