"Great 2 night stay"

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"Sauber, modern und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück"

"Very good service and helpful staff, Extreamly clean room. Value for money"

"Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect."

"tutto perfetto, ma è un posto pensato più per lavoratori che per turisti"

You can't assume that only one person is staying in the room, so at least two of everything would surely not be unreasonable,"

Par chance, la gentille dame de la réception nous a offert le petit déjeuner gratuit pour le jour de notre départ en compensation du manque de service que nous avons eu. Ce qui fut grandement apprécié. Tout le reste était très bien."

"WORST HOTEL EVER - the garage was unfindable - the lady at the helpline didn‘t know where the garage was - there were NO CLEAR SIGNS to being able to find the garage at night - the codebox to enter the building was broken, which was known by limehome but the INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED to me - the guy at the helpline didn‘t know how to solve the codebox problem, then gave me WRONG INFORMATIONS - I had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in - FOR THREE DAYS IN A ROW! - the...
