"Las instalaciones del hotel estan bien mantenidas, es limpio y ordenado. El gimnasio bien equipado, con sala para pilates suelo o yoga. Sauna impecable! Tiene un kids club lindo con varios juegos para los niños (de mesa o video juegos).
La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, solo hay que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. Se puede ir caminando a varios restaurantes vista al mar.
La playa frente al hotel es muy agradable, con reposeras y quitasol.
Cabe destacar el desayuno buffet y la atencion...

"The room was clean and the reception staff had flat affect and not very friendly. The card key malfunction several times and had to come down to reception 6 times to correct it. The staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly and or very helpful."

"The hotel is located in an upscale Neighbourhood that is close to a more private beach with fewer people. It is about a half hour or more depending on traffic from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. There are restaurants along the main street. There was a Terrace on the 18th floor, which has an excellent view of the city and the multilingual front desk staff is excellent to work with for recommendations and directions. "Hotel tem um staff muito despreparado para o serviço que promete oferecer.
Quartos espaçosos, varanda com apenas 1 cadeira para sentar e ver o mar, não pudemos usufruir como casal. Banheiro limpo, sem shampoo e sabonete, foi solicitado na recepção, após mais de 40 min de espera, pedi para a menina que fazia limpeza em outro quarto. Ela não tinha nenhum, mas me deu um copo com um pouco do sabonete líquido do quarto que estava limpando.

"The lobby and restaurant are good, but the rooms are awful. I’d booked a room with a sea view. It was dirty, the blanket was stained and there was no bedside table. I hated sleeping there. And to think it’s a 4-star hotel. As it’s on the main road, it’s very noisy, and at the weekend there’s loud music until late at night. In short, give it a miss."

"The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but...

"I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !!
As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said...
