"From the moment we drove up to the second we left this hotel it was such a wonderful experience. It was a short stay but very memorable, the staff was the nicest and most welcoming I've ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were nicely stocked and clean. I will be booking with Sonesta again whenever I'm in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I rode the shuttle from LAX, it brought us through an unattractive parking garage area, which wasn't welcoming. A few billboard images would help the area. The door you walked through after getting off the shuttle made me feel like I was being brought through a back entrance. On the other hand the main lobby entrance for shuttle pick up and car service was much more welcoming and attractive, that's were the shuttle departed from in the morning when leaving. I stayed on the 6th floor. The bathroom was clean but had some age to it. I used the shower because I had too, but it wasn't as nice as I would have expected. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I got a good nights sleep. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly. He let me know there was a quiet 16th floor longe if I wanted to have a glass of wine and watch the lights of the airport. The lobby area restaurant area was busy so the quiet lounge was nice."

"Rooms are clean, area is clean, hotel view is amazing and everything is beautiful. Freeways getting to the hotel are a bit confusing and they are strict when entering the hotel parking lot. The dining experience at the restaurant Fuego in the hotel is great."
