"Lovely Clean Hotel with every amenity you may need for an enjoyable stay, warm welcome on arrival, the rooms are bright and airy with beds that are just so comfortable, would highly recommend a stay."
"Staff make the hotel, everyone was so friendly, I came with wife and our autistic son, he was made up with how staff liaised with him, even the kids pack which included a lanyard (he collects lanyards)

"The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.
It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...
"The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. "
"Super friendly, helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful location. Dog friendly and convenient for walks from the hotel with access to Sheringham Park. The food was excellent, but not always consistent - I had sea bass on one day which was so delicious (and as described in the menu) that I decided to have it again on my last night, but it was no where near as good - missing the chives in the mash, the dill sauce on the fish and not served with peas all as described in the menu....
" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. "
"We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again. "
