"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most of the morning and evening for well spent at the hotel."

"Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. We had an apartment just off the main building with a private bedroom, a large bed, and a single bed in the living area. The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals. Breakfast was excellent — fresh breads and great coffee — and there’s always hot coffee available downstairs. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Location is perfect: about a 10-minute walk from the main station, 5 minutes to Grindelwald First, and a grocery store right below. The furniture and key system are a bit dated, but overall, I loved my stay and would happily return."
