Best Western Downtown Stuart
8/10 Good
"I’ve stayed here a number of times before. Its convenient for visiting my parents. Staff are so nice and helpful. The AC works great. Plenty of parking. Pool is big and nice. Gym is really small. I didnt eat the breakfast other than the sausage n fruit."
"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The lobby and common areas were clean, and the overall design of the hotel is very cute and stylish.
Unfortunately, my first room was placed right by the elevator, even though I had specifically requested a room far away from it. I did have to switch rooms the next night. In the second room, I found a strand of hair in the bed, but since it was only one strand, I chose not to make an issue of it.
Another downside was the front desk service, as calls often took a while to be answered. Breakfast was also disappointing. It is supposed to be served until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, but when I came down at 9:20, staff said breakfast was already over and there was very little left available.
The bed was decent, but the pillows were very thin and not the most comfortable. Overall, the hotel has charm and potential, but attention to guest requests, cleanliness details, and service could definitely be improved."
"Charming boutique hotel. Steven and Christian are very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff kept our spacious room stocked with coffee and waters. Excellent walkable location to all downtown shops, restaurants and Riverwalk. Will definitely be back soon for another wonderful vacation!"
"breakfast was a hit or miss - have to get up extremely early to get it.
Needs a lot of work done - smells moldy and the safety protocols were not mentioned One of the doors was not locked so anyone can enter.
If improvements are made - would be a great place to stay since it's centrally located. Price is good "
