Lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood! Our room was spotless, we had a bottle of sparkling white as a welcome, breakfast was fresh and delish. The atmosphere of the Castillo Rojo is just charming! Happy hour every day on the patio...just wonderful! The staff could not have been any better! We LOVED our stay at the Castillo Rojo and loved our stay in Santiago!

We were looking forward to see the restaurant at the top level but it was under renovation. Such a shame for a nice view from the photos when we made the booking

Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal.
We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing.
Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again.
