"The room was clean and the bed sheets were sparkling white. The reception staff should be encouraged to give basic information to guest during check in even if the guest is a returning guest. It’s nice to point where the restaurant is, the time for breakfast, the direction of where the lift is located and tips about the WiFi as a minimum. They shouldn’t leave the guest to be discovering things or asking for these basic and essential information."

However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors."
