"Nero is a gorgeous boutique hotel and absolutely five-star in my opinion! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the shower was wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The spa and indoor pool are beautiful as well. The breakfast spread is amazing, and the restaurant was excellent—the chicken Caesar salad was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, and the drinks were always on point!
The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants with spectacular caldera views....

"Beautiful hotel and location! Walking distance to so many good restaurants and not a bad walk to Fira. In a much quieter area than Fira & Oia, but we preferred that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Christina at front desk gave tons of tips and recommendations! Multiple flights of stairs to get to our room, but the staff carried our luggage and check-in and check-out without us asking. Transportation setup was smooth, but did cost the same as the Ubers/taxis, but it was still nice. Daily...
