"I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well."

"This was the most disgusting, dirty room I have stayed in in a very long time. Black mold in the toilet, shaving cream or something blue on the shower walls, trash under the bed and stains on the comforter. And the remote was so dirty and sticky. I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...

"This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition."

"Nice clean rooms!!"

"✓."

"Everything was great!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the room and property was clean more like an apartment. We stayed during Halloween so there was a party that I don’t think was authorized it hit a little loud and people were in and out but it’s a college town. Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!"

"Second day saw bedbug and killed it. Reported to front desk. No return call from manager, Yaw, at all. Spent money on laundry and will need to throw away all our luggage. Very disappointed and disgusting"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The hotel was easy to get to and parking was plentiful. There's an Aldi across the road which was easy enough to walk to."

"I would like to say that the staff was really nice, however, our room was not clean at all. Our pillows and blood drippings and we had to bring it to their attention which made me question the cleanliness of everything else and made the stay uncomfortable. To spare sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were also very stale smelling and the pullout couch was not a mattress. Just a hard of rock pullout bed. That's as best as I can describe it. If we had stayed more than one night, I would...

"Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

"Front desk staff was nice upon arrival. Visit was ok until I started Showering and saw bugs crawling in the light fixture. I nearly fell out the shower."

"Overall, the room was fine. The bed was a little hard and the TV picture quality was mediocre. Logging into the WI-FI was not very intuitive— had to call the front desk for assistance. Good shower, with shampoo and conditioner provided. The breakfast wasn’t much, just make-your-own waffles, mini muffins and breakfast burritos you heat up in the microwave. They let us check in early, which was helpful."

"The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable"
