"Chegamos por volta da 1h da manhã e conseguimos fazer o check-in bem rápido, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, mesmo falando o portunhol conseguimos nos comunicar efetivamente. A limpeza é ótima, o hotel é bonito, tradicional eu diria o estilo e o café da manhã delicioso, com muita variedade. Facil acesso aos locais principalmente ao parque El Retiro e estação Atocha."

"Me gustó mucho el hotel, el servicio, personal del hotel muy amable, limpieza de habitaciones muy buena. Nosotros ya habíamos reservado habitación estándar y al llegar antes del check in nos ofrecieron pagar 25 usd por una habitación mejor o sea un upgrade pero para mí fue la misma categoría solo con vista al parque del retiro. En general estuvo perfecto nuestra estadía, tuvieron un gesto hermoso de enviarnos champagne y canapés por nuestro aniversario. "

"I've been staying at this hotel for 15 years, and will always choose it. It's now just 1 building instead of 2, so book ahead! It's in an area that has lots of restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores. Also, excellent access to public transportation. My only frustration on this trip was the wi-fi. There were times when it would go out every couple of minutes, and that's unacceptable in the year 2025."
