"Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things need doing such as a stiff shower door or a little bit of a leak from the air con but no major...

"Everything is perfect"

"The apartment was fully equipped with everything required. It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living/dining areas. The television has Netflix, YouTube etc, lots of entertainment to watch. The apartment is very well situated and is close to the bus stops. The rooftop sun trap with an added bonus of of hot tubs. An excellent place to stay for a holiday and would definitely recommend Horizon Suites."

"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

"Another lovely stay in this nice hotel . I had a great room with two balconies overlooking the harbour . Very peaceful and tranquil. The staff are so friendly and helpful . Will definitely go back again 😊"
