"I wish I could have reviewed this property fully. However upon arrival I was told that I was staying at one of their sister hotels, TJ Boutique. While it was a 5 minute walk away it had none of the amenities that Cerviola hotel offered. So every morning I would go to the main hotel for breakfast, the pool, laundry services, etc. TJ Boutique was cute, the AC was nice and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job. "Établissement propre, bien situé proche de transport, restaurants et du port. Je me suis senti en sécurité pour une voyageuse solo. La plage c’est à peine 10 min à pied. Le seul inconvénient, quand on a besoin de quelqu’un ou quelque chose il faut aller dans l’autre hôtel, même pour le petit déjeuner ou piscine. Il y’a un pente franchement c’est horrible surtout avec la valise."

"From the moment we stepped in, till we checked-out, we felt important. Customer service is above and beyond, from front desk, to the barman at the pool, we felt they were happy to be there and always wanted to make sure all was well. Breakfast is fantastic. Don’t hesitate, book it."

"There is no reception and no restaurant, for 1 to up to 2 nights to be nearby the zone, it is ok. There is no elevators, so if you get to be on the 3rd floor be ready to carry your luggage."

"Frühstück hat nicht besonders große Auswahl. Die Dusche hat Wasserdruck Schwierkigkeiten bei kaltem Wasser. Die Böden waren sehr dreckig und wurden während unserem Aufhalt nicht sauber gemacht oder zumindest nicht besonders gründlich."

"The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day."
