Sehr schönes Hotel wenige Meter oberhalb einer kleinen Bucht. Die zum Hotel gehörigen Liegen sind terrassenartig beim Strandzugang angeordnet. Es gibt auch Naturschatten durch ausgewachsene Olivenbäume. Das hoteleigene Strandkiosk bietet Getränke und eine kleine, feine Speisenauswahl. Frühstücksterrasse mit Meerblick, großzügige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, nette Chefin,...... wir hätten es nicht besser erwischen können; Anmerkung: durch die Hanglage gibt es viele Stiegen/Stufen

Absolutely breathtaking , a true gem in Sivota! I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say that our stay at Deamaris Sivota Luxury Boutique Hotel was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had. The rooms are absolutely stunning, elegant, beautifully designed, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest and most immaculate places I have ever stayed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. And the scenery is simply breathtaking. One of the most incredible things about our room was being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the comfort of our bed. Waking up to those views and ending the day watching the sunset was truly magical. The entire property has such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sivota. The hospitality was just as impressive as the hotel itself. The owners and staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The combination of luxury, cleanliness, breathtaking scenery, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality is hard to beat. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. If you are visiting Sivota, do yourself a favor and stay at Deamaris. You will not be disappointed! 🇬🇷❤️

Une pépite sur Sivota

Séjour fantastique dans ce petit hôtel avec vue imprenable sur la baie. La chambre est spacieuse, propreté irréprochable et il n’y a pas de bruit. Nous cherchions un endroit calme, pas trop loin à pied de Sivota, le Deamaris hôtel à totalement répondu à nos attentes.

Excellent accommodation - everything had been thought of and we enjoyed our stay. Great room, breakfast and short walk to Sivota although a steep hill on the way back.

Liked: view from room, peacefulness, ambience, friendly staff, local beach Not liked so much: precarious steps down to the local beach, the steep walk into/from Syvota port, holiday would have been better with a car, no evening bar beyond 7:00pm at the hotel

A small, luxury boutique hotel. Lovely rooms with amazing views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location tucked away on the hillside, within a ten minute walk of Sivota. Breakfast included. Small private beach area with snack bar. Parking included.

Quiet and private. Beautiful views of the sea with sailboats. A private swimming cove that had tastefully appointed lounge chairs, each with its own distinct shading that was very private and cozy. The breakfast was served at tables with sea views that was just so relaxing. Small, elegant hotel near the main port for nightlife. Staff was excellent and friendly. All in all, as good as a small, boutique hotel can be. Would definitely go back George Agiovlasitis

Een heel mooi net hotelletje. Mooi rustig zwembad, fijne bedjes bij de zee. Erg luxe kamers tot in detail ingericht. Minpunt: erg steile weg naar de haven, ontbijt start pas om 08:30 uur, dat vonden wij erg laat. Pluspunt: prachtig uitzicht, modern strakke uitstraling met oog voor detail in het hele gebouw. Privé strandje met bar. Erg fijne douche met heerlijke verzorgingsproducten!

Breathtaking views across the bay with yachts moored up. The rooms are spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the added touch of a small fridge/sink area. The breakfast was plentiful and the orange juice was freshly squeezed, not from a carton!! The staff were so friendly and made sure nothing was too much trouble. Can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent small hotel with great views from rooms and breakfast restaurant. The only downside is there is no evening meal option or any other restaurant in the immediate vicinity, hence a walk into town is necessary. This is a 10 minute walk downhill. This can be a little tiring on the return. The owners and staff are all very pleasant and helpful and will collect items from the supermarkets if needed and the beach bar is open until 7.00pm for sandwiches.

Cannot think of anything negative about the hotel. Staff are wonderful. Room looking over bay was excellent. Lady came who we think was the manager to speak with all guests at breakfast, very charming. Breakfast very good. Shame there isn’t a restaurant as forced to go into Sivota or eat at the snack bar which had limited menu. We spent two nights here before flying home. Glad we had a car as the walk down into Sivota is steep and steeper coming back!!!! No lift at hotel and quite a few steps worth noting if elderly or infirm.

Had a wonderful stay. If you like private and quiet this is the place for you. Will stay again. Super clean, room cleaned each day. Espresso machine in hotel room as well, gave water, lemonade and orange drink in mini fridge daily. First day sandwiches in mini fridge. Beautiful view, wonderful staff and owner present throughout whole stay. Multiple swim areas in ocean and pool. You can rent boats from the marina. Also took a ferry to Corfu Island for $97 round trip with our car for a mini day trip. Breakfast was set up each morning with a beautiful view. If your high maintenance this place might not be the one for you not as many amenities, ie gym, spas things like that. It was perfect for me and my husband.
