A very old building with small but nice updated rooms. Restrooms were comfortable and clean. Bed mettresses were on the softer side, they were new and clean. Bed sheets were very clean as well.
The staff was very helpful in allowing us to check in early. The interior was very clean and charming, although we could have use a bit more light in the room. The exterior could use a bit of sprucing up, but nothing major. We did enjoy having a (shared) coffee/ eating area upstairs.
The property was clean and quiet, it had an updated bathroom and comfy bed. The only downside was no AC but with a fan in the window it cooled down quickly after 11:00 pm.
The property is kept up nicely and is in a very historic town.
Historic little hotel, perfect for a down to earth eccentric place close to everything. 5 hotel rooms total. Super friendly and accommodating hostess. Recommend!
What a great experience staying in a historical hotel. The inside is updated and clean. The floors slant due to the age of the building, but I loved that it was authentic. Beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent little hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

This is a tired but nostalgic little old hotel. It has its charm with creaky floors, mattresses that are probably 25 years old (or more), water that takes about 5 minutes to heat up, dusty roads outside, a little boardwalk in front with dusty chairs in a little dusty town. But it seems priced appropriately. If you are a hardy traveler who doesn't need to stay at the four seasons, and you like the old wild west/mining town type nostalgia, then this place is for you. The staff is kind and helpful and everybody is friendly... The town is surrounded by rising terrain full of pines. I really liked the experience. I wouldn't take my wife here as this was just a guy trip, but it was perfect for me.

Old updated Hotel, all rooms are upstairs that are neat and comfortable !
Cool rural vibe that feels like you’re sleeping in a piece of history. Got in a little late but they had the room and key ready for me with a little note at the front desk. The floor is creaky and the doors are squeaky but it kind of feels like home. The mattress in room 5 was a little off where one side was hard and the other was sunken in. However, the room was very clean and it smelled nice. They have a lounge type room with a fridge and a coffee machine which is a nice little extra touch. If we’d stayed longer we would have utilized the community area in the back. Would definitely stay again!
Clean, quaint, and cozy. It’s a cute place. The shower takes a while to warm up, but we got there in the end. It’s very clean, and conveniently located.
Perfect place to rest our heads for a lazy hot spring weekend! We love old buildings so it was fun staying at this old (but newly renovated) hotel— the room was comfy and renovated bathroom met our needs perfectly- can’t wait to visit Idaho city again
It was fun to stay in a historic building. The rooms are very small but the accommodations were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. The instructions for check in said to check in at the restaurant but we needed to check in at the hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I was exhausted as I had been traveling all day. I was only interested in getting some rest and a shower and amenities were not all that important. It was in the 90’s outside and I needed some respite from the heat. I found out, to my dismay, that there was no AC in the rooms. It was stifling hot and although they did provide a big box fan and instructions to open the window when “it cools down in the evening” it wasn’t until after midnight that it cooled down and I was able to get about 3 hours sleep. That fan was so loud and powerful even on the lowest setting it felt like trying to sleep in front of a prop plane and just carried the hot air from outside. I ended up leaving at 4am as I was just so exhausted from tossing and turning. The one staff person that I saw was nice enough, the room was very small, which was fine for what I needed, and the bathroom was nice and clean, good water pressure in the shower. The overall general appearance of the building outside was charming, but covered with dust and weird fake flowers.
