"Amazing garden view from breakfast hotel window. Memorable trip and higly recommend to stay and visit"

"On arrival, we didnt realise there was an older wing and a newer wing. We were in the older wing and the lifts do not go up to the 2nd floor in the older part of the hotel where our room was located and so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our rooms. The walk was very higgly piggly and I did some damage to my back carrying the suitcases upstairs. As a senior, it would have been nice if help was provided with our luggage. When we checked out we asked for someone to take our luggage...

"Good B&B hotel, Good Breakfast, A bit small room. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown. Driving to Northleach or Burford is about 15 minutes. "

"Initially booked a two night stay but cut this short to one night after a horrid experience. We stayed here during the height of the 2026 summer heat wave. The hotel DID have air conditioning, but there was a sign in the room essentially stating that it was broken / deactivated. "The guy who welcome us on the arrival date were nice including in the morning with different guy. The hotel is nice and cute with lovely breakfast room. The lady who take care us for breakfast were lovely."

"Wonderful small hotel with a big heart! The best impression was the personal touch. The note they leave on your bed, the list of locally supplied ingredients with a map!
