Buena relación calidad-precio. Nos informaron que no dispondríamos de wifi a pesar de que en el anuncio venía ofrecido. Difícil aparcamiento en la zona. La ubicación del apartamento no es la que aparece en el anuncio.

There is no place called DRAGO DREAMS we where put in residence apartment with screaming kids barking dogs!! Waste of money should not be allowed on website

Casa Spaziosa, disposta ad elle. Tranquilla e posizionata nel centro di Icod de los Vinos. Comoda a qualunque servizio. Almeno 3 i supermercati che ho visto e posta a 2 km da mare. Consiglio il noleggio auto visto i prezzi anche del carburante. Nel contesto un ottimo appartamento, consiglio vivamente la scelta.

Großzügiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Schwierige Schlüsselübergabe wegen falscher Telefonnummer. Für den restlichen Aufenthalt gab es auch keine Kontaktmöglichkeit, falls nötig gewesen. Das Appartement war sehr groß und das wichtigste vorhanden. Jedoch mit Außnahmen von Heizung und dickeren Decken. Im Sommer sicherlich überflüssig, aber im Januar absolut sinnvoll. Der Zustand ist einwandfrei und die Sauberkeit okay. Ein empfehlenswertes Appartement, zentral gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Nice Appartment but a little too simple

Not very clean sheets, but overall good experience. We had 3 people staying a 2 beds appartment. As we arrived late at night we were lucky to find the person in charge. The whole stay was pleasant but basic .

Mismo avisando de nuestra llegada, tuvimos que esperar por más de 3 horas por la entrega de las llaves. No hay estacionamiento disponible. Muy malo.

Very spacious apartment, close to all amenities.

We booked this accommodation in error really, I thought it was part of a complex. It was in fact an apartment in a private residential block. That said we were quite pleased with the accommodation it was very spacious with three bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom, a larger bathroom a living room and balcony. The apartment was located above some shops with a private entrance to a well presented communal hallway and atrium. The apartment was clean albeit a bit dated in some areas, towels were provided although one review said they were not. There was free WIFI although this was limited to emails, Facebook etc and not streaming movies. The location of Icod de los Vinos ia the twon were the famous El Drago or Dragon tree is and was less than five minutes walk away, also in the same area was a Butterfly house, the town had many restaurants and the ones we tried were good. Icod de los Vinos though is a little out of the way and a hire car is essential, Peurto de la Cruz is a 25 minute drive away. Los Christianos was an hour and 5 minutes with the South Airport and hour an 15 minutes away. We did not travel to the more Northern towns so do not know what travel time was to those. Close by is La Montaneta that is near to the National Park areas and access to pine forest for some walking/hiking at 3000 ft above sea level. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and its location but did miss a pool to relax next to unless you wanted to travel.

Authentische Unterkunft

So leben die Spanier, Wohnung hat viel Platz, kostenloses WiFi, Parkplätze an der Straße, Ortskern zu Fuß zu erreichen, schöne Altstadt, gute Erreichbarkeit in die Berge und gesamten Norden mit Auto oder Bus

Not What or Where we expected

We booked to stay in the main town as per the address on Expedia however we ended up in a nice apartment looking over the beach but not what we booked for. The "Concierge" is just a guy we had to ring and follow out of town in our hire car for 3 km to the Apartment, he was obviously a bit of an "Arthur Daley" wheeler-dealer type. No doubt with several apartments and you take pot luck on the one you got. There was a steep 3km walk to and from the main town of Icod to get supplies, although San Marcos itself was very pleasant and the local people were very friendly and the Restaurants were all good. But I don't know if you do book you will end up where we were or where you expect to be !!

SObre el sitio, por el dinero que nos costó 5 personas, no se puede pedir mucho. Amplio, aunque muy básico, mobiliario viejo y pocos detalles. La ubicación no es la que se indica en la web (al lado del Drago), puesto que está en Icod, pero al lado de la playa de San Marco, cosa de la que nos enteramos al llamarnos el dueño viendo que ya era tarde y aún no habíamos llegado... Ponía que tiene jabón y esas cosas en la web y no lo tenía, así que menuda faena...

Comfortable apartment

Apartment was really nice, rooms are big and comfortable. The only minus was the tempreature inside (which I believe is a plus when you stay during holiday time) - it was a bit too cold and no way to increase tempreature (no radiators etc).

großzügige Wohnung mitten in Icod

Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohnzimmer samt kleinem Balkon und Küche mit Waschmaschine im Bereich des Innenhofs. Wie im Süden üblich, fehlt eine Heizung; dementsprechend kann es in der Übergangszeit - wir waren Mitte März dort - nachts recht kühl werden. Ein Heizlüfter - in spanisch thermoventilador - wirkt hier Wunder. Unter der Wohnung ist ein Supermarkt, prima zum Einkaufen, etwas nervig um 7:00, wenn die LKW ihre Ladung abliefern. Icon ist das perfekte Ziel für Individualtouristen. Alle (Wander-) Ziele liegen nahe, ebenso Loro- Parque. Man lebt unter Spaniern, außer dem Drago- Millenario gibt es kaum Touristen und diese nur tagsüber. Am Abend gehört der Ort den Einheimischen. Im Ort gibt es wenige "richtige" Restaurants. Im Hafen von Icod- San Marcos, ca. 2 km zur Küste, gibt es am Hafen neben relativ hässlichen Appartementhäusern einige nette Lokale, wo man gut Fisch essen kann.
