"Firstly I booked through expedia who I thought would be competitive, however I paid £70 more than apparently booking direct as got an invoice pushed through my door on the morning of checkout - they said the I paid £70 more because I booked through expedia and that was their commission. The hotel was perfect location, but very dated and old fashioned. The bar was expensive and the spa area was massively overpriced for what it was"

"We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!"

"The location of the hotel is suburb. The hotel is lovely but does need an update, ie. a lick of paint etc. The room was nice and clean, the bar area and restaurant were lovely, breakfast was nice and fresh and the views from the terrace were amazing. Overall we had a wonderful 3 day break! Would definitely come back!!"

"Lovely warm helpful welcome. Room spacious, clean with everything you would normally expect. Bed comfortable. Lots of parking. Small but pleasant swimming pool. The ladies toilet behind reception has stunning lily of valley tiles and nice floor tiles - I really hope they dont update these and instead turn this area into an art deco showcase! Some areas of the hotel look like they need a refresh, but they arent bad. The only negative for me was that cooked breakfast items were all...
