The room was spotless and the staff were approachable. On the other hand they do not have business center or computers for customers use. The coffee they offer during breakfast is not good. The room have a coffee maker with one complementary small coffee maker kit. There is a charge if more is needed.

This beautiful hotel felt a home away from home. The staff were very pleasant and was always willing to help and also friendly. The breakfast had a big variety to choose from with numerous fruits and vegetables. Would recommend this stay for your next visit.

One of the best properties and locations in the city. Overall the staff was super amazing and very attentive. Would recommend and also stay again upon return. Very close to malls and many restaurants that are all walkable.

The rooms were a bit small. The staff was extremely friendly and had great customer service. The only issue was cleanliness ( stains on the floors, that could have easily mopped up), and a few bugs. Beside that everything was in walking distance, and there was a great supermarket downstairs.

Exceptional service and attention

We stayed at the Sonesta for one night. Our experience at check-in was probably one of the best we had ever had. Happy smiling faces, great service and the welocme drink. Then at breakfast the next day we were addressed by name (very rarely experienced) and asked regularly if we had everything we needed. I jokingly said I wished they had tamales but apparently they only have these on Sundays. So imagine my surprise and delight when the waiter returned to tell me that he had spoken with the chef and they were going to prepare a tamale for me if I could wait. I was so delighted and humbled by this marvellous attention to detail and the desire to please a guest. Would definitely stay at the Sonesta again.

just a suggestion regard to the breakfast. Everything is great, but as a buffet breakfast, they should add a station of a omelette on time. the guest could suggest what they want from a couple side as:, jam, veggies, cheese. just s small one warm starion.it will be great for the guests. if a special costs for this they would let know the guest and they can decide.
