Love the Encanto theme hotel! Like a mini resort!

Beautiful, quiet, nice pool, nice decoration, busy street with restaurants outside but you don’t really hear noise, feels like a little resort.

El aseo del baño es pesimo. Pelos en la ducha. Nos dieron un baño con la tapa rota y los cajones de los muebles todo dañados y pésimo mamtenimiento a las habitaciones. Nos pasaron a otra y un tubo roto en el lavananos, sucia la ducha, las cobijas rotas y manchadas. La verdad no entiendo cómo son capaces de tener un hotel así, y colocar fotos bonitas en la página. Muy desagradable la estancia, por cuenta de las habitaciones .Sabanas q ya se ven a traves. Horrible.

Lindo hotel , problemas por mejorar

Valoramos el esfuerzo en pintura y estética superficial del hotel es llamativa y agradable, pero tiene un problema grave que no se ve a simple vista sino hasta que se hace uso de la estadía, los baños tienen un gran problema de tuberías y el olor era terrible tanto que se sentía en toda la habitación, el aseo es bastante superficial, del cajonero de 3 solo servia 1, en cuanto a zonas comunes muy lindas pero la piscina no se aspiró en dos días viendo el mismo mugre en el fondo, a pesar que no habíamos muchos huéspedes no nos tenían muy en cuenta la verdad … nunca nos preguntaron cómo nos sentíamos en el hotel o buscar nuestro bienestar … preferimos estar por fuera todo el día y no usamos nuestra última noche paga …aunque entendemos que por el valor que pagamos es lo “proporcional” podríamos recomendarlo pero lastimosamente no

LO BUENO Y LO MALO

Lo bueno: Las personas al ingreso son muy amables, hice mi reservación para una habitación con camarote y cama doble, estaba bien, pero queríamos otra opción, así que nos ofrecieron una mejor para la misma cantidad de personas. La habitación aseada, SI trae varios canales (que había visto en otro comentario que no era así). La piscina es limpia al igual que el lugar, hay para niños. Lo malo: Al entrar a la habitación no habían toallas pero fuimos a solicitarlas y listo, por otro lado, para el ingreso al parqueadero si un poco molesto, la persona del ingreso no es tan amable, lo hace como de mala gana y tampoco es asertiva la comunicación, en dos ocasiones (de cuatro que ingresamos al parqueadero) nos tocó ir a buscar a recepción al señor

¡Fatal!. Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente. Al llegar se inundó el baño. Al día siguiente, al llegar y encontrar que la habitación “limpia”, fue necesario pedir papel higiénico, jabón y toallas, a lo que los empleados mostraron disgusto por exigir estos servicios. Al día siguiente no arreglaron, ni limpiaron la habitación, tuve que pedirlo y de igual manera mostraron molestia por exigirles un buen servicio. Me cobraron 2 veces un capuchino, ya que no daban recibo no tuve como mostrar que ya lo había pegado. La cama es muy incomoda. Se que es un hotel low cost, pero es evidente que el concepto es para dar el servicio, porque el precio que pagué, me pareció muy alto para el pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo. No pierda su dinero.
