"We stayed in room 6 upstairs. It's exceptionally easy to hit your head in this room due to the way the beds are positioned. Otherwise it is was a good stay at a lovely old guesthouse. The kitchen is well equipped."

"This was a favorite stay during our travels in Iceland. The location was so pretty and quiet, the rooms and common spaces were clean, and Unnur provided a lot of useful travelling tips and local knowledge. There were games available in the common area, and free breakfast waffles in the morning. The hosts were very friendly. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Be warned: you CANNOT get to this hotel with your own vehicle! You're required to buy a separate bus ticket in order to get to the hotel. We weren't told until a couple weeks before our stay that a bus was required to reach the property. We were stunned to find that bus tickets for our family of four were almost TWICE as expensive as the $285 room we booked for a single night. "It’s a bed and breakfast, but breakfast cost extra? We didn’t have breakfast there, but someone use our room or my name for breakfast. Staff was nice, but most amenities will cost extras. Very nice view and cute shared area and patio. Very strong sulfur smell in shower. Still like this place a lot, it was a really cute idea hotel/bed and breakfast place to stay."

"We got a room on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage by using the stair. The room was spacious for 4 persons with well-equipped kitchenwares. The host was kind and she offered us to join the goat tour of her farm for free but we couldn’t make it because we arrived there later than the tour started. It’s easy to find the place on google map."
