"Fantastic staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rosa was a massive help to us in seeing the northern lights. Possibly best shower I've ever used. Good room, duvet and pillows could be more comfortable. Nice breakfast included, and the Japanese cuisine restaurant downstairs for dinner was possibly my favourite meal of the holiday. "Det er en ren og deilig duft når du kommer inn på hotellet som setter stemningen for oppholdet. Vi fikk en oppgradering av rommet som var et rolig og deilig hotellrom. Sengesettet var tett vevd og mykt og konen likte begge hodeputene som er sjelden vare. Frokosten i frescohallen dagen etter var også nydelig!"
