"The hotel was ok but the room they put us in was the size of a match box and we mentioned that to them which thier response was all the rooms were like that which they were not cause we so rooms bigger and also the bed was very uncomfortable seem like the mattress needed replacing other than that pretty average"

"The Old Bank in Cygnet was such a charming place to stay. The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home. Everything we needed was provided & the room (the Stirling Suite) was beautifully styled. The ensuite bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast in the adjoining garden-room cafe was superb, and the apple orchard out back was lovely to explore. The accommodation was well-placed for exploring the many niche shops in the village on foot. I always say you can’t go wrong in a town that has a good butcher, and in this case two! A pity we couldn’t sample their fine-looking products.
We really couldn’t fault this place - meticulous attention to detail and great service made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!!"

"The hotel has a main building and also operates a separate motel, so you should be careful to distinguish between them when choosing a room. The bed was too soft, and it caused back pain."
