With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount

This place is a disgrace. There was a bed missing, there was no heating at all and no staff to fix the problems. Messages and calls to them were ignored before, during and after the stay. This hotel should not be on this platform.

Really nice hotel! Managed to park a large Mercedes Sprinter in the car park, was welcomed by a lovely lad in the Reception who then showed me to my apartment across the road. Home away from home
Stayed here again and the property was still as nice and cosy as I remembered. Nice location and walkable to the town centre. Check out was a bit early at 10am but when I asked if we could check out a bit later they said we could have up to 11am so we were happy with that.
