"My room was ok at check in although I did note a huge stain on the sofa when I arrived. I spoke to the front desk to bring this to their attention and also find out why my room had not been cleaned. They told me they clean the room every other day and they would make sure the engineer cleaned the sofa the following morning. When I left and came back the room was in the same condition as when I left. I stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned 1x. The breakfast was not great but ok for continental breakfast. Also they advertise Starbucks but it’s just a sign they don’t actually have Starbucks at the hotel. Won’t be staying here again."

"Check-in was very poor! We were Waiting to check-in and agent came in mad at guests for having to chase down room keys. She acted troubled that she had to check us in! Was charged $2 per day for one room key. Room was tidy but floor was filthy, hadn't been mopped in a while. Didn't have a full set of towels."

"We had two rooms and they were clean. In one room the TV didn't work and in the other room the shower pressure was poor. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly, as were the girl who checked us out and the worker in the breakfast area on our last day."
