I really enjoyed staying here for 3 nights for a concert. Super close to everything. Room was super comfortable and plenty of space for me and a friend. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Huntsville.

Nice stay in good location

This was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly when arriving and leaving. The location was great for shopping. The breakfast was good. The kitchen area in the room was bigger than expected. Our room was not cleaned which was fine, but we just had to go to lobby and get new towels. I would stay here again.

Roaches in the kitchen

We arrived at noon for a funeral. We were allowed to check in. That was great. It is very close to shops and restaurants, very walkable area. On the other hand, the furniture in the living room was old and worn. The edge of the couch had a hole. The worst part was a roach in the kitchen, trying to get into our hot wings. We left after that. Did not even stay the night.

We were surmised when we arrived, as this hotel was not up to par with other Marriotts. The building and room had an old, musky smell. It was very unpleasant. Somewhat run down. Noticed some mold and there was a roach in our bathroom as soon as we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite not being able to get our room key to work. We had to leave the latch open when we left our room (&just prayed for the best lol).

Stayed here in 2017 and it was great, they cleaned the room every day and gave clean towels and linen when needed. So imagine my disappointment 8 years later when they never cleaned the room unless we asked, and when we did ask for the sheets to be changed they did not.
